Ball Machine Rental
All ages. All levels. 30 min. look online for availability
Spend 30 minutes with the ball machine for practice in between lessons. Michele will be on the premises to help with setup.
Red Ball Group
Ages 7-8, Court size 36’, 60 min/class
For kids with a little tennis background but brand new beginners will certainly feel welcome. The goal for this group is to build the fundamentals of a happy little player. Kids will learn hand-eye coordination, how to send, receive and track the ball, basic strokes, and tennis terminology.
Orange Ball Group
Ages 9-10, Court size: 60’, 60 min/class, Wednesdays 4:00-5:30pm
This level is designed to continue and build from the red ball level, creating a solid tennis foundation. Players will begin to form an all court game focusing on technique, balance, agility, tactical awareness, and basic introduction to patterns.
Ages 18 and under, Mondays 1:30-2:30, 60 min/class
This group is for those who are ready to move on to the yellow ball. Warm up and drills are mostly cooperative based. Players in this program will be challenged to take their game to the next level by working on advanced stroke techniques in singles and doubles, footwork patterns, fitness and FUN!
Junior Training Group
Mondays 3:30-5:30pm
This class focuses on the skills and mindset necessary for tournament play.
Tournament Training
Group
(Tennis for Adult Beginners) 75 min./class
A beginner group for adults who have never had any real tennis instruction. In six weeks we will cover groundstrokes, cooperative drilling, and serves so participants have an idea if they would like to continue with tennis. This group is limited to 6 people and participants will play games at every lesson. (note: if you do not have a tennis racket, one will be provided for class time)
Quick Start Adult Group
Tuesdays OR Thursdays, 75 min./class, 9:00am-10:15am
This group is limited to 4 people and is a perfect fit for someone who has had some tennis instruction in the past and is able to rally. There will be a focus on cooperative warm ups, drills, and point play.
